What to Engrave in a ring with only 25 characters?
My boyfriend and I are getting promise rings, that are actually wedding bands. We've been together for years and his job in the military has sent him all the way to Japan and we are finally getting rings. They can only have 25 characters including spaces.
My only thought is 'Forever & Always -(then the name of who gave it- either Ashley or Josh)
... wasnt sure if theres something sweeter tho.. Any ideas?

I really think your idea is sweet! All I could think of was this:
"Ring of love"
"Timeless love for you"
"Always around you"
"Banded for life"
"Together Forever"
Best to you guys!

I agree with Heather. Your idea is sweet, and it's yours. When my fiance and I got engaged, we got engaged under a clock tower as the clock struck 9:00 pm, so we decided to engrave the date and time on my ring, and I bought him a watch. Something personal is best though. Whatever you think is best. Perhaps if you like a particular (and short) lyric to a song that makes you think of one another (mine would be "We're Better Together" by Jack Johnson). Make it mean something! Good luck and congratulations!!

Around the world and back, it's exactly 25.. but I do like your idea as well.
Edit.. I just reread your question. You could add the & and at the end maybe your initials? though it includes spaces.. well.. you could try it anyway..

To be honest, I love your idea. It is sweet and you thought of it yourself thinking of the two of you. Go for it.
