I am still listed as a top contributer, but the orange button is missing under my avatar?

I noticed my icon is missing too..... granted I'm not on the TOP list... but nothing has changed with my questions.. I'm still at the same percent... and I'm still answering questions in the same category that i usually do.

Wonder what's up with that.

Well, just because you are a Top Answerer in a category doesn't mean that you will also be a Top Contributor. Top Contributors are determined by percentage within a specific category. I've heard you need a Best Answer percentage of atleast 10% within that category. For example, you might have 200 Best Answers in a category, but if you've also answered 10000 questions in that cateogory, your BA would only be 2%. That's not enough to get the orange badge... that's the other thing: once you have it, it's not permanent. Just keep answering questions within that category and try to get as many BA's as possible.

You may have been drop down from top contibuter!! Have u answered alot of question to make your percentage rating go down?
