Same here. but i stopped and faced the withdrawal. You know when you do something bad and your mom yells at you for hours even days...but it eventually ends.
The same is happening with your body. just take the withdrawal for however long it will be for you. Or slow down, like every two days. Suffer for awhile oppose to a lifetime.
Hope this helps..

You're probably addicted to the caffeine. That is actually pretty common. The withdrawal makes people irritable and tired, you get headaches and stuff too. I guess if you want to stop you could do one of two things. You can quit all at once, and get rid of the addiction pretty quickly. It will be hard though cause you'll feel gross for a few days. Maybe drink something else to keep your mind off of it?
Or you could try lowering your caffeine intake slowly, like have different drinks with less & less caffeine until you are only drinking a little caffeine each day, then quit. That way your withdrawal symptoms probably wouldn't be so bad. Good luck:)

do like what i did with ciggaretts. drink like 10 of them back to back to back. until you puke. it will make your brain sense the guanine and other energy chem's in the drink as a infection and will make you gag everytime you try to drink one. if you dont believe me, then just try it for yourself. i smoke 25 ciggs back to back, thought i was going to die.(had a mental breakdown) and about a week later i went to smoke, and puked all over myself. since then i have been smoke free without one craving.
not the healthiest of options, but a quick one.

Check out RR (rational recovery). Worked for me. Check out www.rational.org. Read the book. It works for any kind of addiction.
Hope this helps
