Which is a better GPU for a new laptop GF8400GS or ATI RadX2500?

nVidia GeForce 8400 GS on an Acer Laptop (4520g) on about P48,500

-or-

ATI Radeon X2500 on a (4920g) (practically same laptops) on about P73,500

Which would be better, price-wise.

Or the speed is quite the same?

Am planning to use it to play decent games such as Phantasy star universe and Company of heroes and etc.

may current laptop is Compaq presario B1900 with 128mb ATI Xpress 200m which kinda suck on new games

Would it not be worth it to change laptops for the performance?

But dont get me wrong, im not much of a gamer, just wanted a better graphics card (on a laptop)

Thanks all.

Ati on this one buddy but both of those cards i can whole hartedly say are not going to increse preformance if you want to really utalize vista you need a direct x 10 graphics card i.e a 8500gt or higher and then trust me i will be worth your wile. also check that these cards are useable for laptops

The ATI radeon has a better software utility to make adjustments.
