How does yellow ink look and last on pale skin?

I'm looking at sunflower images for a tattoo I am planning later in the year, having only black tattoos on me at the moment I am unsure of how the colour would look and last on my skin, I am really fair. Any advice? I am not interested in the opinions of people who disapprove of tattoos, thank you!

Update:

Thanks for the link, yes I have put 6 months thought in to this so far and have as long as I need to think about it before getting it done, I'm in no rush, and I have no plans to have any of my tatts removed, thanks for the advice!

Update 2:

ooooo Zeb, nice!! Do you have any pictures of your tattoo?? The one I am planning will have a cluster of sunflowers, it's inspired by my favourite artist.

Sunflowers should have shading in it to look realistic so your artist may pull in different colors like this...

Since this is not your first tattoo and you have time to think about it, you should know that yellow is one of the most difficult colors to laser out so I am sure you already are thinking of a really good artist.

the person that stated the white ink will not show up well if you light skin is WAY wrong. The lighter or more pale your skin the stronger and more vibrant the ink will look. There is a new white out that is by far the most opaque white I have ever seen or used. It is made by Alla Prima. Which is a new ink manufacturer that is run by one of the greatest realism tattoo artists in the industry. He began manufacturing the ink blends and pigments that he has been using secretly in his form or style of work. This white is amazing and so far lasts very well. Especially if you have pale skin. But is there a chance it may fade faster than other colors, sure. Get the flowers done just as the should. Mostly white with hints of yellow throughout the center of the flower.

It looks fine. I've get yellow stars on my wrist and I'm quite pale too.

I have a Garland of British wild flowers from shoulder to shoulder and the yellow is fine. I don't have any black outlining at all and it all looks really delicate.

Make it a good, strong, bold yellow and it looks pretty nice.

Source(s): don't have yellow in my tats but a friend of mine has stars too.
