drweb is a great one and if it's a vundo trojan then vundofix. there's others but you also have to consider what family of virus your dealing with. It's a long process, you might think they've been removed but in fact they're hiding. your best bet if you have a backup is to reinstall your OS. Last resort for a vundo would be vundobegone .
