How to get Espeon and Umbreon on pokemon diamond/pearl?

That takes a WHILE. Okay... here's an easy way. If you have like $490000 money to spend on vitamins... go spend it on 50 of them. What I mean about vitamins is things like HP UP, PROTEIN, CARBOS, IRON, CALCIUM, ZINC... like those.

Now MAKE SURE Eevee is holding a Soothe Bell, otherwise it won't work. Give it like 49 of those vitamins and then level it up using a rare candy or fighting in the wild. It will evolve.

It can evolve into Espeon at daytime or Umbreon at night time. Happiness can be raised in many ways though, like giving berries and stuff. If Eevee hatched from an egg it will only need 34.

Another way:

Have Eevee equipped with Soothe Bell (to increase its happiness) and walk 18,816 steps. Try Solaceon town and go up and down repeatedly. That app on your poketech that counts steps helps. If you don't have the soothe bell, then it will take twice the amount (like 37,000 steps!) so the soothe bell is an important tool to make Eevee happy. Then train it and level it up.

Plus, don't level them up beside the rock in Eterna Forest or that rock in that snowy place near Snowpoint Temple... or else it'll evolve into Leafeon or Glaceon, respectively.

The normal approach:

Budew evolved by happiness at daytime into Roselia... and I did it the normal way. It grew from level 4 to level 17 without fainting and I gave it items like Potions and it evolved sooner or later. Just to give you an idea how long it would take to evolve normally by gaining happiness. DO NOT PUT IN BOX or else the happiness thing won't work! Don't faint your eevee either, and don't give it those herb stuff because they hate that.

Day and night are back, and thus Eevee again evolves into Espeon at morning/day (which I think the game now defines as roughly 5 AM to 8 PM, although I could be off by a couple of hours) and Umbreon at night (8 PM to 5 AM or so, basically what is not morning or day). You can get them groomed in Veilstone City in the second building on the left from the Game Corner and supposedly at the Ribbon Syndicate in the Resort Area.

Espeon Pokemon

Yeah, it needs happiness and make sure it likes you. But train it during the night for Umbreon and during the morning/day for espeon.

By hapiness

Espeon lvl up eevee in the morning

Umbreon lvl up eevee in the night

You et an eevee in....somewhere and evolve it at level...28 at night or day....and if you evolve it at exactly 3:47 (central time)

than you get a glitched eevee level 93 and is gold

by "happiness", you need to make it happy. give it vitamins like iron, hp up, and that stuff. train it, but don't make it faint, or it won't like u. do this routine during day and night and soon you'll have them. (keep leveling them up. it makes them happy)

You need to make Evee like you and then at night/or morn.
