Finger paralysis?

Obviously I will see a doctor about this soon, but i was wondering if anyone here has had this experience or can help.

Earlier this evening, my middle finger and hand tingled in a strange way, and then my middle finger drooped like it was "dead". This happened twice, but it only lasts one or two seconds. Any ideas? Carpal tunnel maybe or some nerve thing?

Thanks for any help or ideas.

    Any kind of tingling or odd sensation in the extremities is something you should get checked out in a hurry! It could be a pinched nerve, or it could be vascular. Either way, dont wait. I'm assuming you do not have any chest pain or shortness of breath because you did not mention it in your question. If you do, take 4 or 5 regular aspirin, call 911, lie down on your back, elevate your feet and cough every few seconds until the ambulance gets there. Do it all in that order. I know it sounds wierd, but it could save your life if you are having a heart attack.

    It sounds like a Spasm.. but yes see a Dr.

    I've got Carpal & You either have NO feeling

    or You suffer severe Pain up to the elbow .
