Why on earth would you give up bread? Bread is good for you. People didn't suddenly get fat all throughout history because bread was invented. Don't put too much faith in the latest carbs=evil diet fads.
Healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs a week.
Your body needs a certain amount of fuel (food) each day to stay alive and do any exercise/activities that you're involved in. If you eat slightly less than this amount then your body will burn fat to make up the difference. If you eat way less than this amount, you'll go into starvation mode and won't lose anything.
Figure out how many calories you need to eat each day to lose weight, how many extra calories you burn through exercise, and how many calories are in the foods you eat. You can do all of that here:

Yes it might, however you are not able to run day-to-day. You want days off to your muscular tissues to recuperate and rebuild. It is extra beneficial to take time without work, your frame might be more potent faster and broaden your staying power dramatically. And as soon as you're cozy with two miles, you will have to upload mileage. two miles is frequently simplest 20mins valued at of activity, so extra mileage might be extra lucrative. If you desire to play hockey for two hours non-quit, you will have to run for no less than an 1hour whilst you do run.

When you say "run" I assume that your heart rate is maxed out,if you can sustain that pace for two miles-I think your probably not too fat.For me,I like to jog for 5 min. then walk for ten min.I can't take the bone jarring pain on my joints while running.A nice slow jog, with deep breathing is fine.....but running for fat people is tortuous and exhausting.I hope you lose the weight....but it will take a few days to a week to notice it.
