If I had a hernia removed as a child can it reappear in the same spot?

I've been having a pain that seems like a hernia pain in the same spot my hernia was as a child. Is it possible that it comes back? I wasnt sure about this.

A hernia isn't removed it's repaired. It's when the muscles in your abdomen separate and part of your other organs protrude through, so yes, it can come back.
