Caves are said to be a place of initiation, spiders are associated as a feminine symbol and laundry is usually associated with gossip or cleansing of reputation and deserts denotes loss or loneliness. Something might have happened around you that you haven't come to terms with. Maybe you feel lonely and have nowhere to turn and the spider symbolizes someone that wants to guide you, maybe your mom or sister or girlfriend a feminine figure in your life wanting to wash your person or reputation. The cave could represent you and your complexity and how you're in need for some guidance. I don't know but if it has been bothering you for months you need to recognize what the issue is first so you can start addressing the problem because it's something if it's been in your head for this long.

As someone suggested, being out in the desert simply indicates that you are alone to begin with at any rate. But it also could be a reference to an excursion into the wild at one time or another. I’ll come back to that.

You are standing on a rock with another rock behind it. But that other rock is perhaps more like a rock face since it opens up to a cave-system as you call it. You report loads of entrances which I see as loads of opportunities to enter that cave. On the one hand easy access, but also confusing to a degree and fraught with danger.

Anyway because you are hot in the sun you seek the coolness of the cave. Since our dreams regularly project the human body into the landscape (for the dream the observer and the observed are a single unit) this cave complex represents a woman.
