Does using Dishwasher liquid instead of hand soap when washing your hands affect your hands in any way?

I was just wondering if there is any difference between the two liquids. And if there are any affects towards either one.

Some of the "hand soap" liquids have lotions added.... and the dishwashing liquid is probably stronger/harsher... but you can absolutely wash your hands in it... perfectly safe!

No difference really but the dishwasher soap is probably stronger and harsher on your skin.
