Me thinks your friend wasn't the only one drinking. Perhaps you have selective remembering.

I am sure that your story is true but you should at least think about how the police are going to tell their side of the story. Pressing charges may cause trouble but it will not "just cause trouble". You may end up not getting any satisfaction from the police. But those charges will be on the record and, if something like this happens again....

I'm skeptical of your story. Why couldn't you see at the police station? What were the cops doing at the bar to begin with? IF your story is true, you should. Check the bar for video surveillance tapes, get witnesses (there should if it was at the bar. At the least the charges should be dropped.

well I Will start off by saying i do not believe you unless you have witnesses or surveillance tape you are wasting your time, also you really do not want to put water on your eyes if you have been pepper sprayed, i do not see how you could not see after that long, unless you had contacts in, aside from that if you were in a bar, with a bunch of people the cops are not that stupid to "mess" you up in front of all those witnesses for no reason

When a police officer gives you a direct order to leave you leave. You cannot resist the order because you think you have to help your friend.

Jail is not suppose to be a nice place.

Really?! LOL There are cameras in almost all jails and holding facilities now. Go ahead and bring false charges against these officers but remember that you can be prosecuted for this. Water only reactivates the chemical spray that officers normally use anyway. If you wash your face, it only begins to burn again. If this really happened, I don't think you would hesitate to bring charges against these individuals. I can't believe that they all decided to pick on you.

Sure....I notice that you never mentioned that you were drinking. Could perhaps things have played out differently than you remember? When the officers wrote up their narratives of the incident, would the words "hostile", "belligerent", or "resisted" be included?
