Do you believe God created me in his image?

That's always confused me. While we have the higher intelligence - the Human body is not that great of a design.

Our chest is exposed, unlike quadrapeds, and that's not good.

...and the Human body breaks down so fast over life and is so vulnerable to this planet's biology.

Gen 1:27 states the god in question would be male and female at the same time, but there are no humans that are male and female. Anyway that god is supposed to be transcendent so would have no body. Maybe the bible is referring to one of the other gods and got a bit confused during the translation.

God created Man in his image; he created Eve from the rib of man. I rather think that from that point to this we have lost due to changes in the earth (pollution) -- but that was after the flood when he cleansed the earth of all but Noah and his family.

Yes, God created you in his image, and he created me in his image. He did this by giving the gift of procreation.

LOL, When God he says you're created in his image it's not that hairy furball that we all have grown to love (no matter what number you are). Instead, it's the lovable person inside that is fashioned in God's image.
