It would taste different for each emotion, so love would be sweet, jealousy would be sour, hate would be a spicy taste etc. And your mood would affect it too, so if you were really happy then it would be a nice, yummy fruit flavour but if you were sad it would be bland and numb.
hope this is what you were looking for. Right now I'm tasting... a kind of numb fruit flavour. Meaning I'm amused, but not enough to distract me from life's ever present misery. =D
