Have you...
Been wearing any green shirts? (dye could have rubbed off)
Been using green soap? (scum could have stayed)
Have a scented deoderant? (Can sometimes cause strange reactions to skin)
If none apply, or if arm pits continue to be green even with stopping the use of these products, make sure to call your doctor, and don't get too worried about it, just see your doctor. :)

Could your deodorant be the cause of the color change? I don't think that shaving too much would cause your skin to turn green...so it has to be a dye in something you're using there.
Only time can undo the color. In the meantime, go with something white or clear in deodorant, or get one of the crystal ones. You wet it, rub it on, and it leaves a clear coating of mineral salts on your skin....no stinky, no staining, and no chemicals!

Maybe you wore a piece of clothing that had green dye in it that stained your skin, even some blues will turn your skin green if the dye is still in it. Just wash well.
It could be the salt in your system set the dye color on your skin, making it permanent until the cells replace.

You should only have to shave them 2 times a week.Try a different deodorant or antiperspirant.Wash them every night and don't sleep with the deodorant/antiperspirant on them . it should clear up in about a week. Many underarm products stain the skin.If you can skip it for awhile this would also help.

What did you wear today or yesterday? Could it be the dye from your clothing? Maybe a new deodorant?
Black sometimes has a green tint in it. What did you wear?

Hmmm it's likely some kind of cream your using on them. Try changing whatever you're applying to them.
