Fever help?
I just checked my temperature as I noticed my face was burning and the rest of me was cold. It's 104.3 F
Could someone tell me if this is bad? No one is home and won't be for the night, so what should I do?

Take a cool cloth and put it on your forehead, drink plenty of water, keep taking your temp every 10 mins or so. If it rises anymore call 911 and go to emerge, if it rises any higher your in danger of brain damage and even death.

Take ibuprofen or aspirin and put a cool washcloth on the back of your neck and or your wrists to bring the fever down. A fever is a normal way for your body to burn off bacteria but if it gets too high it can be dangerous. You're right on the thresh hold of dangerous. Keep track of it and take your temperaturer about an hour after you take some fever reducer and see if it's coming down a bit. If not consider calling 911 so they can check you over. You don't want to mess around with a high fever. No kidding! Don't be scared just keep track of it and don't be afraid to get help if you need it.
