Certificate of completion?

I am looking into taking online classes for medical billing and coding..They are accredited by DECT but only offer a certificate of completion at the end of your courses..Is this certificate worth anything? Will employers take an online certificate of completion seriously? How do I get certified? Thanks in advance

    Contact several doctors in your area and ask. I personally don't think that the online certificate would be as valuable as a classroom certificate
