movie I cant remember the title?

Movie movie movie I cant remember the title of this old movie think it was David Niven as a ghost think there was a maid who would go in to trance and start singing Ill be watching you always with a hart that’s true…….allways any help be good.

    The Canterville Ghost is an adaptation of Oscar Wilde's comic tale starring David Niven, James Whitmore and Maurice Evans in a story about a house haunted by the ghost of the cowardly Sir Simon of Canterville. The Canterville Ghost was directed by Walter Miller in 1974.

    Hi there.

    You are describing "Blithe Spirit", starring Rex Harrison who ends up as a ghost at the end of the movie. Great movie!

    David Niven did play "The Canterville Ghost", but that song from the mediumistic maid is definitely "Blithe Spirit".

    I am looking for tv serie or movie ( I do not remember very well) about teatral actress and her daughter. Girl grow up whit her grandmother beliveing that her mother was dead. She grow up thinking that this person is her aunt. I saw this film or tv serie almost 15 years old.
