depends on where you live but you should be able to find it any book store or comic book shop like borders, waldens, barnes and noble, and hastings

If you are looking for a Fruits Basket manga you can buy the manga at Barns and Noble.

It really depends on where you live.
Where I am, many bookstores have Fruits Basket up to volume 20, I believe. If you're in Canada, Coles/Chapters/Indigo would be a great place to look. If you're in the U.S., Barnes & Noble might have a few of the later volumes. If you're willing to buy online, go to Amazon. :)

Our local Borders carries it. Unfortunately shrink-wrapped.
Any bookstore can special order it for you, usually at no extra charge.
I just pre-order it on Amazon.com.

i buy them at wal mart but thats just me i am sure u can get them any where they hold anime stuff
