Over-strained muscle question. Help with healing needed.?

I was stupid and went for my first bike ride in five years and biked about 20 miles yesterday. Today it hurts to stand for more than 15 minutes. Any advice on recovery?

    Relax, deeply completely relax for hours in a day or two the problem will self correct. Stay tense or active and it will hurt for ever.
