stimulus rebate?
Based on the info below from the IRS website, if my AGI is over $25000 but less than $60,000 will I get $750 or $1200?
5) Married couple with no children, AGI is $25,000, federal income tax liability is $750.
Rebate is $750
6) Married couple with no children, AGI is $60,000, federal income tax liability exceeds $1,200.
Rebate is $1,200

Since you don't say what your income tax liability is, there's no way to answer you. Your rebate won't be more than your income tax liability.
Go to http://www.irs.gov/app/espc/start.do and enter your info and it'll calculate what you are eligible for. You'll need some of the numbers from your tax return, so have it handy.

In the second example, your AGI has to be at least $60,000. You state your AGI is less than that, so you will get the lower amount.
There is a calculator on the IRS main page that will tell you EXACTLY how much you will get. You will need to enter information from your tax return in order to calculate:
