Iraq will be bringing in 70 billion dollars in oil revenues this year. Are they contributing anything to this war? Why are we fitting the bill when so many people over here have nothing?

You are partially accurate. The Iraq government is now paying for its military and police forces out of oil revenue.
The U.S. is spending billions for our forces and for rebuilding the country infrastructure. The Iraqi government is also sharing in some of the cost of rebuilding.
See my source for an excellent blog by Iraqi citizens. You will get an update on what is really happening in the country.

Most of the money used to rebuild Iraq is going into the coffers of those CORPORATIONS that are rebuilding in Iraq. Basically we are paying to make these corporations rich..

in order to assure a democratic state in the mideast, so we don't have a repeat of what is going on in syria; nuclear proliferation by radical islamists, as our strategic interests overseas are put in jeopardy our safety requires that kind of response, last time i looked we were still a constitutional republic, not a socialist empire, the constitution does not call for redistribution of wealth!

because Bush is afraid to demand anything from them. He would rather sack us with tons of debt then maybe get accused of taking the oil.

part of the neocon plan to bankrupt the US govt and crash the economy
then they can eliminate all the social programs that have created the middle class in the US in the last century and turn the federal govt in to a "by the corporation, for the corporation" system
looks like he's running out of time faster than he thought

If somebody demolished your house for no good reason why on earth would you use your own money to rebuild it ? You would ask those who demolished it to use their money to rebuild it.
