I've recently joined Blockbuster online for a trial..?

If I have a DVD burner can I copy some of the movies for my own personal use? Or do I need special software to do so and if so what kind of software would I need..? I have an older computer with high speed internet through cable....? Thanks for any input and suggestions...

as long as there isnt copy protected software bult-in to dvd you can copy to ur hdd then onto a blank dvd.but most of the protection software on the movie tells the studio you're copying illegally. so keep that in mind.

Having cable internet has nothing to do with this.

You could copy the movies but its illegal.

yes you would need another program to do it, but if you are going to be illegal you need to figure it out on your own (I had to).
