Any tips on nursing a fractured wrist?
I found out it was broken about 35 hours ago, and now I have a cast/sling. Any tips on how to keep it from hurting, out of trouble, etc.?

Who's your Daddy?
Ask him! (After all -- he's a doctor)
But seriously - for the most reliable, up-to-date, and objective information of this sort, it's much better to go to one of the many medical information websites, such as:
1) eMedicine.com
2) WebMD.com
3) MayoClinic.com
4) Medscape.com
5) RevolutionHealth.com – this site seems particularly oriented toward answering practical questions, like you raised in your entry.
Good luck with this...(Dare I say: "Break a leg!" ?)
