My cat is acting weird. Please help?

My cat has been acting weird today. He is walking very slowly and has a slow reaction time. He just lies down and stares at me. This is not how he normally is. He is usually active and will run.

Also, it looks like he gets a random (sometimes a series of)hiccup. I'm not sure what that is. Almost his whole body jolts when this happens. It looks like he wants to get up, but he doesn't.

I hope this was descriptive enough.

Thank you.

I rather have taught the cats to get down from someplace when I clap two times. to do this I had to seize them someplace they weren't meant to be, clap two times, then rush in and smack 'em on the kitty bum (not not trouble-free, yet adequate so as that they get the belief). (please no animal abuse junk mail bunny huggers). you should do this each and every time you clap for a on an identical time as. I would take him in to the vet as soon as possible.. it might not seem bad now, but when cats get sick, they spiral down very fast. It sounds like he's getting lethargic, which is usually a sign of a fairly sick cat.

I always kept an eye out for drops in activity with my diabetic cat - it usually meant he was starting to get worse again.

First,You may want to have him checked out by the vet.

It might only be that it is tired. Or maybe he is not agreeing with the food you are giving him.

    My suggestion would be Vet.

I'll say it simply, take him to the doctor immediately. cat's have 9 lives, but if you want him to live all of them you'd better have it looked at.

possbily swallowed something that is caught inside and giving him pain when he moves. Definately a vet visit, if not done already.
