My cat is sneezing?
She seems to be sneezing almost constantly if she's not sleeping. Her eyes are watering. Could this be distemper? What are the symptons?
Before anyone says "take her to the vet, dummy" we are planning to get her there. Until then, HELP!

Sounds like an upper respiratory infection, or for humans, it would be a cold. Cats sometimes catch these. With the change in seasons, they're pretty common.
Here's an article:

You will see the symptoms you are describing fit the criteria for an upper respiratory infection.
If a cat can't smell the food, then it affects their appetite so you may see that your cat doesn't want to eat or doesn't eat as much as she usually does as a result.
You may want to still take your cat to the vet to confirm the diagnosis if it will make you feel better to know for sure.
As with humans, most upper respiratory infections in cats resolve themselves on their own after about 4-5 days. When your cat is under the weather, you should never have them vaccinated. When your cat is feeling better and if you haven't done so already, you may want to get her vaccinated for distemper if that's a concern for you.
Good luck.

Two things come to mind and its not distemper. Respiratory infection or she sniffed up something that is either lodged in her nasal cavity or it is irritated, which is causing her to sneeze. Also as allergies, which cats can get. Once you take her to the vet, let us know what the outcome is, I certainly would like to know.

I had a Siamese that died of distemper and I don't remember her sneezing, not to say that it's not distemper--just letting you know. Probably allergies--does anyone smoke or do you use incense, air freshners, carpetfresh powders? Just some ideas.

it could be the start of an upper respiratory infection, which can be serious if left untreated. Conjunctivitus may also be present
Your vet will most likely prescribe a short course of antibiotics, but she needs to be seen to make sure that's what's going on. Go as soon as you can

Hope that helped
