Wolves off the endangered list making ignorant people mad?

I got into a debate with a guy about wolves in the Rockies being removed from the endangered list. He had all these harsh things to say about the USFWS and hunters.

After looking at this guys ramblings I simply said. "The USFWS has been restoring the wolves for 13 years and they are the reason there are populations large enough to harvest. Considering that the USFWS is funded to the sum of 95% by hunters then your stupid arguments are null and void"

So I come back a half hour later and this guy posts 20 worthless comments which removed my comment from the front page. So I reposted it, 5 minutes later.. andother 20 comments from this guy.

So this guy doesnt want to know the truth and his desire is to hide it, correct? Do you think someone is paying these fruit loops to do this? Anyone else had this happen?

    Oh I do understand your frustration. These folks ignore ANY facts or data you give them. I have tried as have many here, to explain wolves to them. And yet they still persist!

    Here are some Q&A’s that have lots of information from people here on wolves;

    Here is their cute cuddly wolf (credit to CAM);

    But even with all that I doubt you can convince any of them. As said, they are like fanatic Jihad nut jobs.

    I see several opposing camps on this issue. The wingnuts who worship wolves certainly have freedom of religion. The ranchers using our lands to raise non-native species especially vulnerable to wolves, to put beef and pork on my table, and mutton and goat on other people's tables with impaired sense of smell, deserve protection from excess wolf predation. The deer deserve to be thinned of the weak to strengthen the herd by wolves, to oppose and balance the fact most hunters somehow feel that the best deer genetics should be killed (I am a Meat hunter who takes only "management culls"). Sport hunters have a legal right to try to beat Grandpa's trophy, despite the fact most of that big rack genetics has been hunted out, and wolves are also correctly on the list of trophies sought, as their numbers have recovered. In a proper forum, all have their say, and properly so. This is still America. Regards, Larry.

    The anti's (and far leftist) do not listen to anything that is in argument to their beliefs. They are much akin to the thinking of religious zealots of the world. You could show them all the evidence in the world that nullifies what they hold to be true and the entire time you are doing this they would be screaming at the top of their lungs to drown out your proof. They are spoiled and childish and like to sit around in their hemp clothing, eating their vegan snacks, drinking wine, smoking dope and feeling superior to you and me and everyone else that does subscribe to their way of thinking. They believe that it is against nature to kill ANY animal; even to the betterment of our bodies and souls.....but it's ok to have an abortion.

    I could go on, but then my comment would start to sound like a rant.....which it could become very easily.

    Rosie O'Donnell Syndrome

    if you can't back up your ignorant poor;y researched opinion shout down your opponent, or in this case bury his logic under an avalanche of simplistic emotionalism

    The typical tree hugger is too stupid to logic anything out

    They think only in emotional sound bites

    Your use of logic will always be considered a personal attack on their dogma

    You have to hand it to the tree huge-rs and fir haters.They have no idea what we as sporting people pay to help wildlife. Taxes on firearms, ammunition,licenses, tags, and the sporting conservation groups we support. Do they put any money too these things? No they hug a tree or say fir is bad and drink their mocas and plan on more ways to say we are a bunch of slobs that belong in the stone age.

    I live in Alaska and despite the attacks on people here, there are still people againt hunting wolves.

    The type of person you are talking about are too thick headed to listen to reason. I try to explain to them but sadly its a waste of time.
