How can I help my grown-up Daughter?

Her company is treating her very unfairly and she is extremely upset. She has put everything into her job and they are now (falsely) accusing her of dishonesty. I feel for her and want to help, any suggestions apart from simply "being there"?

Update:

Bethy4 - you made me cry, now! I know you're right, but it's so HARD!

The key words here are "grown-up", I have three of them, and believe you me, there is always, hear me, always some type of drama, whether it involves them, their friends, their job, their co-workers, their significant others, their lives in general, their interactions with me, since, they are "grown-up", now, the thing to be is as you have always been, her Mother. In many instances, you just have to let the drama play out, there is nothing you can do, this is her life's learning experience, she has to live it and just as you did, there will be bumps and bruising along the way, but as she did when she was a toddler, under your watchful eye, she will brush herself off and get right back in there, this will happen now as well. Happy Mother's Day. God Bless.

All jobs have ups and downs.

Office or company intrigues, professional jealousies, competition, unfair treatment, are very rampant in all places of work. When one is a victim of these, do not sulk. Instead, learn the lessons imparted by these unpleasant experiences.

Yes, she will certainly feel upset when treated unfairly. Who won't be? But that's pretty normal. All the more she'll feel down when she's now falsely accused of dishonesty. Tell her that instead of getting upset, she must prove to her company that she is not dishonest.

What she must do is to be strong all the time. She'll draw her strength from you by giving your listening ear and giving her moral and emotional support.
