Will I get Ex's Economic Stim check for back ordered child support?

He is ordered to pay a next to nothing amount monthly which we rarely get. We have twice gotten his IRS refunds because he is around $15k behind on payments. Since we get those will we also get his economic stim check as well?

And before I get any crap about it...I only ask because we could really use it for her medical bills, she was diagnosed with a neuro disorder 2yrs ago and insurance doesn't want to cover much of it. Thanks for any insight : )

    Yes you will get the stimulus check. Go to www.irs.gov it will tell you there.

    If you received his tax refund and he is still delinquent, you should receive the stimulus check as well.
