How can GOP use a trademarked ad copy for antidepressant as their campaign slogan?

Did that drug company license it to them or they don't need the license?

    Agitated? Irritable? Hostile? Aggressive? Impulsive? Restless?

    Depending on the dose of Effexor or what John McCain has to offer the country: We might not get too fat if they offer near nothing, which leaves us pretty much in a menopausal stage, because Effexor is used for hot flashes, and we all know who has the hot flashes, so I guess Hillary is going to be his running mate.

    GOP policies have put our country on the brink of a depression so it seems appropriate that their new campaign slogan would be associated with an anti-depressant.
