What is this gross cartoon?

There was a cartoon that came on in the late 90's about three super babies, if I remember correctly one was blue, another yellow, and i don't remember the color of the last one.

But I think whenever they would get mad or fight someone they would use gross superpowers like using their snot or poop to fight.

I know it sounds weird and stuff, but it use to come on what is now ABC family and I was wondering if anyone could remember what it's called.
