my roommate thinks i should since i am attracted to him and enjoy his company (and so that i can get over my recent ex)
i think i shouldn't because i enjoy being attracted to him and it could end up being all awkward at work and we have mutual friends outside of work. I'm also not sure about the company polices on this.
should i risk awkwardness or leave it as a crush until one or both of us relocates to other employment?
what would you do or what have you done?
also it's just our part-time thing other than the whole college thing so its not like its our life long carreer paths or something. and he has been there much longer than i have

I would leave it like it is. Right now this guy takes your mind off of your ex,if you get with him and start dating what then? Going out with a co-worker can be sticky at times.
