You need to contact your vet. Usually you can speak to a vet tech or someone who can give you some advice on how to best handle the situation. You will probably have to place something over her face, like a towel or a blanket to help calm her and you may need another set of hands to keep her steady.
But definitely get someone at the vet's office on the phone to know what to do. You don't want to risk her health.

Call the vet!!! There is a very good chance you cat now has an infection. I just lost one of my cats last week after she had problems giving birth.Please take her in , she must be in great pain.

I say call a vet and see what they suggest.
I think that's your best bet.
You know, an animal hospital or something of that nature.
