Favorite Drinks to make:

Long Island Ice Tea:

1/2 oz. Vodka

1/2 oz. Light Rum

1/2 oz. Gin

1 oz. Triple Sec

1-2 oz. Sour Mix

1-2 oz. Cola

Lemon Wedge

I don't put Tequila in mine...

Vesper (007 James Bond's Martini):

3 oz. Gin (usually Gordon's Gin)

1 oz. Vodka

0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc or Dry Vermouth

Lemon Twist

Shaken...not stirred..and served extra chilled.

Top Shelf Margarita, Rox, Salt:

1 1/2 oz. "top shelf" Tequila

1/2 oz. Cointreau

1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

1/2 oz. Rose's Lime Juice

3 oz. Sour Mix

Rim glass with salt and add a Lime Wheel. Sometimes I just go with an ounce of Cointreau or an ounce of Grand Marnier depending on the customers preference. Or if just making a regular margarita go with regular Triple Sec in replace or the Cointreau/Marnier.

2 oz. Bacardi Superior

4 oz. Diet Coke

Good for watching the weight/dieting.

Captn' N Sprite:

2 oz. Captain Morgan

4 oz. Sprite

Tastes like Cream Soda.

French Vanilla White Russian:

1 1/2 oz. French Vanilla Kahlua

1 1/2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

Fill rest of glass with French Vanilla Creamer or Half & Half

mmmmmm.... so good.

Euroglider is my favourite cocktail, its got 1 nip countreau, 1 nip malibu, 1 nip galliano, half cup cream, half cup orange juice, quarter cup pineapple juice, 1 banana and ice, put it all in a blender except for the cream, when its mixed well, add the cream and whiz it again for a couple of seconds, just till its mixed and serve, tastes like creamy fruit salad in a drink very yummy, but if its a normal drink either rum n coke or bourbon and coke or scotch rocks neat yum! :)

Oatmeal Cookie. It's awesome if the bartender doesn't know how to make it teach them. Here's the recipe for 1 shot

1/4 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps

1/4 oz butterscotch schnapps

1/4 oz Bailey's® Irish cream

1/4 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur

I LIKE SOUTHERN COMFORT SOURS

Chocolate or Pomegranate martinis
