is there a 'wrong' way to do sit ups? I follow all the advice, ie keeping my back pushed in to the floor and

sucking my tummy in, and not pulling on my head, but why does my neck still hurt?

    your neck still hurts because u are still straining ur neck. try looking ahead at your knees when u do the sit up..not the ceiling.
