I agree with Lakrosse. I don't think Al Gore would want to be back in VP. He really wanted to be President (badly) more than anything else. He had to accept VP as the closest thing next as he found to keep his household name in the spotlight! Maybe Barack Obama will choose him to be in a charge of new line of job position on global aid!

I seriously doubt it. Al Gore for the most part has retired from politics. Besides, Obama has many other candidates to choose from.

  • 1 decade ago

No, because Al Gore isn't interested. He has his own thing going on and most likely does not want to return to "office".

WOW! I sure hope not. Al Gore shouldn't be allowed on the grounds much less in the door.

needed, Obama and Hillary come off severe liberals and desire a average to entice independents. Obama has little or no journey and needs a average plus someone older with lots of journey. McCain is a average and needs a youthful extra conservative vp to carry the votes of the Republican proper.

I see Gore out of the game of politics in vp regard.. I do see him perhaps working with Dept of Energy/ Global Warming... etc....

why would Al Gore want to be Vice President again?

  • 1 decade ago

Not in a million years. Besides, Al's on to other things.

  • 1 decade ago

I don't think Gore would want it. However, John Edwards would be a good choice, or Chris Dodd.

Even if he did Gore wouldn't accept it; he's been second banana once and it doesn't jibe with his longing for the spotlight.
