I've had quite a few, but I will limit to three, as you have asked.
I have witnessed answer to prayer. There are too many times to mention that defy science. My favorite was at a debate conference where a storm came and the whole city was ankle deep in water. After a few people gathered and prayed for it to stop, it did. The rain stopped immediately and the storm disappeared when they finished the 30 second prayer and the water receded.
Another time, I've witnessed things which made me a theist at a worship service with a group of people. One story cannot tell all what had happened, but to sum up: We had die-hard atheists who would come often come to challenge us, but at the end of the night, they would be down on their knees admitting that they had seen the power of a higher being.
But the last miracle I will describe has been the most powerful.
After going through months of extreme chest pain and numerous medical tests, my father was diagnosed for severely blocked arteries and the doctors were going to have to go into high-risk surgery to save him. They weren't sure if he would make it.
The day before the surgery, my dad went into a prayer conference and they prayed for massive healing. My father went into cardiac surgery the next day and something wasn't right.
The surgery was scheduled for 4 hours. The doctor came out after 15 minutes.
Something wasn't right. There was no more blockage. His arteries were completely clean and clear. Absolutely nothing was in the way.
But that wasn't all. Every single one of his arteries had increased in size. The cardiologist explained that the arteries will only increase in size if there is severe blockage.
But that wasn't all. What our cardiologist had called a medical miracle, my father had also gained two new arteries. Two clean brand-new arteries that had come within 1 week.
The cardiologist and all the nurses and doctors in the ward have no explanation whatsoever.
If it wasn't for miracles, my dad might have died. His recovery in heart surgery defied logic, reasoning and medical knowledge. If that's not a miracle, nothing is.

A handful of years ago, I was sitting on my porch, sorta watching the flowers bloom... It was late spring and everything was green and the colourful flowers were really popping.
I was contemplating the intricacy of "creation". Just how many different kinds of insects there are? How many shades of orange? Stuff like that.
All of the sudden I thought to myself that almost everything in the world is very dependant upon the sun. Pretty much everything, except maybe dirt and fungi, needs the sun. But you can't actually look at it. Well, maybe you could but it wouldn't be good for your retinas...
I was kinda talking to God in my head, saying how fascinating nature is, but what's the deal with the sun being so important, yet you can't look up and have a really good stare...?
WIthin minutes, I don't know what happened, but I glanced up and it really looked to me like the sun had been ... get this ... dimmed!
It was so many shades of pink and azure and gold and orange and red, most especially pinks though! I found I could stare and stare at it, and when I closed my eyes I didn't see any of those dark spots that you usually get if you look at a light!
I know it must have gotten hazy out, or SOMETHING. I'm not suggesting there's no valid reason for this. But the timing was just too incredible. I've never seen anything like it since.
I watched the sun slowly set for the rest of the evening, *with my bare eyes*, moments after whispering a prayerful question about the self-same object.
I was literally in awe.
Does that count as slightly miraculous? It's questionable I guess, but I will never, ever forget that day, the day I saw the sun with my naked eyes.
EDIT: Sorry, I didn't name three... I guess I've got other tales and stories, but they're just subjective and mostly only quaint from my personal POV. I don't think I need for miracles to be huge and unexplainable. I could live my whole life with no mystery at all, i think, and still be content with the way things already are. Things like my above story have certainly been "perks!" I just don't know of anyone who's been raised from the dead, or regrown a limb or anything really *shebang*. Seeing the sun was just ducky for me LOL.

Getting out of the South was a Miracle!
Whether it was God helping or mostly my own doing, who cares? Maybe God just gave me the idea at a very, very young age and helped me believe I could do it. I did the rest.
:)
It is very contradictory for anyone to leave that place who has grown up there.
I don't really need others - that one is enough for this lifetime.
But if I had to pick something else, I'd say getting free of the Christian religion was another miracle, after it was beat (sometimes literally) into me for so many years.

well, there are no more miracles.
but something that i believe God had a hand in?
my little sister had leukemia when she was 5. She was very close to dying, but she is now as healthy as ever. She is 12 years old and has been cured for 5 years. Without God, who knows what could have happened to her.

Einstein said, "There are two kinds of people. Those that don't believe in miracles and those that believe everything is a miracle.".
Count me in the second group. I can't count all the miracles that I've seen.

I would tell you but you would laugh and not believe me anyway. But yes, I've had miracles happen.
