Coffee in the morning and then I switch to Iced Tea

I am a coffee drinker, first thing in the morning, and all day, in fact.

I've always said if this so-called bad habit ever causes me any health or even sleeping problems, I'll give it up - but it will be hard.

Water....Filtered. Sometimes sparkling, sometimes still and always from the tap (I refuse to be responsible for the carbon footprint of shipping water, and bought a carbonator.)

I usually get to put down 2 beers on the way to work. It's about 25 miles.
