What is a good goal speed for a one hour run for a 45 YO woman?

I have always been a very slow runner even when in shape and young. I have a small heart murmer and am very stocky, but am not sure that is why I run so slow. Right now I am just starting running again and don't remember how fast I ran in college and can only run about 4 miles per hour (don't laugh). What is a realistic goal for a one hour run for my age and sex?

Update:

You may wonder why I am interested in a sport I am naturally bad at. My main sport is weightlifting, which I am naturally good at. I can squat about 675# currently. My other sports are dance, skiing, fishing and horsebackriding. I am adding running since my husband likes it and we enjoy working out together. I don't expect to keep up with him though.

Well, it really depends on your fitness level. If you are average than 5 and a half minutes anywhere up to 7 minutes per kilometre is pretty decent. if your quite fit however 5 minuyrd snd below is good. i hope this helps.

If you can run 4 miles to begin with .. thats really good. A good time for a college student is around 26 minutes for 5km (~3.1 miles). You should try keeping the pace you are at now, and just continue to try and break your average time. (If you run 3 times a week, take the average that week and compare it to the week before).

4miles an hour is not bad just starting out keep aiming for a mile more every time your goal should be around 6-7 miles an hour
