DeNiro or Pacino?

I'd give more weight to Pacino. He can be one scary character.

Aside from his early work (Carlitos Way, Godfather, Scarface), he has also shown great versatility with his roles in Devil's Advocate, Donny Brasco, the Recruit, Any Given Sunday, and even Ocean's Thirteen.

Don't get me wrong - I love me some DeNiro, but if I had to choose, Al's the man.

Pacino also has four Golden Globes - to DeNiro's one, as well as a Screen Actor's Guild award (DeNiro has none).

This new movie that they're in together looks like it might suck. But Heat was fantastic. So was The Godfather Part 2, although in that picture they had no scenes together.

Favourite DeNiro movie is taxi Driver. Favourite Pacino movie is The Godfather.

I would have to say DeNiro is better as he is more diverse in the types of roles he has played, and excellent in them all. He's played mean, scary characters (ie: Taxi Driver, Cape Fear, etc.) and hysterical characters (ie: Meet the Fockers, Analyze This, etc.). As much as I like Pacino, I think DeNiro is better.
