To my experience, the west way to keep clean is to have a healthy mentality.

Trust me. i get rid of pimples whenever i focus on work, sports. But as long as sth aroused me, the pimple started to grow.

Just ask your self, why the pore of an adult can't be as small as a child ?

That's why people, especially females use make up to cover pimples or whatever.

The more pimple you have, the more horny you appears to others. It may affect your work, study, or even a date.

You can crush 1to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

take Colgate tooth paste the( original one works best) and put it on ur pimple overnight. make sure that the tooth paste is dry before you sleep.do this for a few days. dont put a lump just spread it. i'm not sure this will work cause i havent tried it myself. yet. hope it works. good luck!
