Put your kitty in a carrier with a towel or a soft blanket. Close and secure the carrier. Take the carrier out to the vehicle you usually use when you need to transport something bulky. (Not the bicycle!) Place the carrier inside the vehicle. Get into the vehicle and either drive or be driven by someone with a valid license, to the nearest veterinarian. Take the carrier containing your cat inside the veterinarian's office. Tell the receptionist that you have an emergency and sit down until the veterinarian can examine your cat. Purchase the necessary medication and pay for the visit. Then take the cat home and administer the medicine, or if necessary, leave the cat until the veterinarian calls you to come and collect him. Then pay for the hospital stay and find out from the veterinarian what you can do to help your cat stay healthy. Take the cat home and take good care of him. I think that covers everything. B est wishes.

Cats have an extremely high pain tolerance; if you can tell that your cat is sick, something may be seriously wrong. Besides that, cats innately hide illnesses and injury for survival reasons. If I were you I would take him to the vet asap.

It is hard to answer this question because you have given no details as to what is going on with him. It could be many things, but since you said it is male it may be that his urinary tract is clogged up with crystals and he can't urinate. This is common in male cats. In any case a very sick cat needs to see a vet. If it is a clogged urinary tract it could result in his death if not treated. Please take your cat to the vet. Only they can tell you what is wrong with him.
