When I was 15, I got free condom samples by trojan by mail.
Just had to fill out a form and send it in and they sent me 3 condoms. 
After that, I ordered some by mail until I'm old enough to go inside a store to buy some.

I was 18 when I bought my first condom. Because before then I lived at home and I did not wont my mother to find them because I did not wont her to ask me wired things that I never wonted her to ask me.  Which also I did not have sex till after I turned 18 But either way here you go
