What song are you playing when you are introduced at the reception?

Do you mean for your first dance or just when you arrive at the hall? Either way...

I know a couple whose first dance was to "Ring of Fire" by Johnny Cash. My husband and I are undecided about whether we will have dancing at our (belated) reception but if we do our first dance will be to "I Wanna Make It Wit Choo" by Queens of The Stone Age. It is a great song with a nice tempo and everyone who is unfamiliar with the band will be unlikely to decipher the lyrics, anyway. Our second choice would probably have been something by Oukast. ^_-

Don't be afraid to explore non-traditional options, even for a traditional wedding! Are there songs you and your husband-to-be like to sing together in the car? A song he thinks it is hilarious to hear you sing in the shower? Try to think of how music impacts your day-to-day lives and bands you both enjoy. You will think of something!

We did Battle Without Honor or Humanity from the Kill Bill soundtrack. Don't let the title deceive you, it's a really fun song!

We used the Chicago Bears fight song. Next to me, my husband loves the Bears the best.
