God yes! I am up til 4AM then when I do go to sleep I get up every hour on the hour just about and have been doing that for months, and the thing is I am 4 days away from 40 weeks, totally exhausted yet unable to sleep. Everything I have read says this is normal but it drives me nuts I want to sleep like a normal person so yeah I definitly feel your pain. The only thing that helps me sleep though is laying down and putting on a movie I have seen a million times that way I wont focus on it and then I will drift off eventually. Try and rest as much as you can your body needs it :)

I am restless but I do sleep through the night. I am so dead tired I would not be able to survive at only 4 hours a night.
I hope this is a phase that passes soon so you can get some well deserved shut eye.

Welcome to nesting. Your body is preparing for baby and is restless. Use some of that extra energy to get some stuff done, but dont go overboard! Pace yourself. Or -- give yourself a pedicure!
