I have had two treatments of this. It was helpful once and lasted about 4 months. The second time had no effect. Each treatment cost about $1000 and was not covered by insurance. I had them at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.
If you are considering this, your doctor should give you the precise study findings regarding the success rate. And, make sure that you go to a doctor who is appropriately trained in this and that the botox is handled correctly. It is "live" and rather fragile stuff.
