Any experience-based insights about prepping for the LSAT would be appreciated. I am targeting a 168+ score.

Seriously, the questions seem to be attack statements, not information seeking. Anybody else want to see this change and to have a forum for political discussions?

WalMart is one of the country's most socially irresponsible companies. They are blindly focused on delivery of lower prices and time and time again have been exposed for supporting, tolerating and enabling sweat shops with horrible conditions and exploited workers, including children. They are also notorious for there disregard of customer safety, patterns of management lies during investigations, gross disparity between executive compensation and average worker earnings and their lack of community engagement and support at the management level. Tolerance of WalMart's way of doing business compares to tolerance of slavery during the 19th century - people looking the other way because of the economic implications.

As citizens and consumers - should we shop at Wal-Mart?

Assume it has both ID and cash.

1)Return it in full?

2)Keep the cash, return the wallet?

3)Say that you would return both, but actually keep all or part?

Would your answer be different if the found item belonged to a corporation or known thief?

And, since it is so much more expensive to dress a female - doesn't this provide a disadvantage to aspiring women?

McCain/Palin are speaking aggressively of cutting spending and balancing the budget. This is appropriate during strong economic times, but is inappropriate during times when the economy needs to be stimulated. Am I missing something? Why am I not hearing economists questioning the current McCain line?

Did any one else notice that McCain tended to look at the questioner while answering a question only for the men, and he tended to turn away from female questioners? This was most conspicuous when the questioner was a young, black woman. And, when the questioner was a black man his response included the comment that "you likely never heard of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac before".

It sent a chill down my spine to see this. Any one else respond as I did?

If he picks her there can be a unified, celebration at the convention, and the ticket will be more moderate and qualified for international challenges. If he picks anyone else, strong Clinton supporters could easily "go with the current flow" away from Obama. I am interested in thoughtful views only, please.

What do you think would describe the incoming spirit of an Obama or McCain Whitehouse?

I am surprised that so many people are upset by the Court's decision regarding the death penalty and child rape. It seems to me that if the death penalty were in place for rape, rapists would be incentivized to kill their victim witnessess. Do you agree with this logic?

Did I miss something that reversed this conclusion?

This statement is the sort of major flub that can come from inexperience, lack of depth and naivety . Why is the press treatment on this so light?
