Friend got Dieing Cat?!
My friend told me there is a dieing cat outside and it's blatter is letting loss (cuz it's dieing) and she tried turning it on it's other side and it went REEOOW and it's suffering. She can't give it CPR and she called the vet 2 months ago and they never came.
What can she do?
She said nothing.
theres also no one to drive her yet. =(.

She needs to wrap up the cat in a blanket and take it to the SPCA/RSPCA to be checked. If there is something that can be done, they will. If the cat is suffering, and can not be saved - they will humanly put it to sleep. I encourage her to do this today.

I am sorry for the loss of your kitties. First off and foremost I have had cats most all my life and still have cats. Mine are indoor only kitties I am sorry I do not advocate outdoors for kitties at all. Secondly, if your friend thinks this kind of "joke" is funny I would be finding new friends and leave that one alone as that is not funny in any way at all and makes me wonder what type person your "friend" is. Does not sound like someone I would want to be around.

Call animal control or the SPCA. They will come out and pick it up. The vet has to run a business from the hospital and cannot afford to pick up strays. That's just how it is. It is the job of the animal control officer or local shelter to pick up dying animals and try to help them. If the cat is dying, they'll take it to the shelter and either try to save it or humanely euthanize it.

I don't quite understand You called the vet 2 months ago, you mean the cat has been there for 2 months, if so, then its not dying ( I hope it's a typo) Nevertheless, call the aspca or animal rescue they may pick it up

NOTHING is about right.
Something is serious wrong with the cat.
(DON'T CALL 911 THAT IS FOR HUMAN EMERGENCIES)
Call another vet and ask them what to do. Or An emergency vet.
Does she know where this cat lives? then go and get them to help it.
good luck

force feed it chicken broth, if anything will bring it back up to snuff, it is chicken broth. Only a little at a time, so it will not choke.
all i know about dying cats.
