What URL are you trying to get to, and what kind of error message are you getting when you try to go there?
I just tried http://www.window.state.tx.us/ and it works just fine for me (using IE v. 6.0)

It's up and running fine.
Basicallly it's limited to clothing, shoes, and backpacks with a per item price UNDER $100.
